Exchange, Return, Refunds

NO EXCHANGE, RETURN or REFUND will be entertained.
Most of our pieces are handcrafted by traditional craftsmen, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The stones/pearls therefore may vary slightly. As a result, there will be slight variations in the design of the Jewelry. This aspect will not be considered as a valid reason for Exchange, Return or Refund. - Metal oxidization is a natural process, i.e. metal turning Black or White especially at the Joints. This is no way related to the purity and does not warrant for an exchange.
- Please understand, reasons like, "My husband didn't like it", "My mother didn't like it.", "The event got cancelled", "The jewelry doesn't go on my face/attire." Or "I only wore it 1 time." is NOT a valid reason
for exchange.
2. BuyBacks
- Saanchi's holds the right to assess the condition of the jewelry and ascertain the value of it.
- All Buybacks will be calculated after deducting the Beads, Taxes and charges like Card charges.
- There will be 'No Buy backs' for Beads and Beads jewelry.
- Buy backs on all Imported, Regular silver items, Oxidized Jewelry, and Silver Articles items will be calculated on the current market rate of Silver after deducting stones, beads, taxes & charges.
3. Service
- Saanchi’s is a service oriented company, we have in-house facilities to provide our customers with the best service in this industry.
- We provide lifetime free service towards stone setting and 1-year free service towards Polishing (up to 12 months from the purchase date) on all Gold Polished and oxidized Silver Jewelry made in India. All other additional services will be chargeable as per the market rates.

Please note: Imported Silver jewelry are Non-Serviceable.
4. General Terms and Conditions
- Any type of rectification in the jewelry purchased will attract the respective charges. The customer is obliged to pay the charges.
- Presenting the Bill is Mandatory for all kinds of after-sales services and future Buy Backs. Without the bill, the buyback will be calculated on the present market value of Silver and all services will be chargeable.
- Saanchi's possesses the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of purchase anytime without prior notice.
- By purchasing the jewelry, you agree with all the Terms and Conditions put forth by Saanchi's.
- All disputes will be subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
