1) How do I determine my size ?
Size of each product is mentioned in the description column of the product.
2) How long does it take for an order to be delivered to me ?
We deliver most of our domestic orders within 7 business days from the order date. The delivery charges will be borne by the customer. We Don't do International deliveries at the moment.
3) Do we have a store ?
Yes, we have 2 branches. Saanchi's Sampige road and Saanchi's Margosa Road. For location details please check our 'Contact us' column.
4) Do you offer a COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option?
All orders at Saanchi's are prepaid orders. Once the full payment is done, we dispatch the jewelry with the bill. No COD, Sorry!
5) How are orders on Saanchis.in delivered to me?
All orders placed on Saanchis.in are delivered through our partners such as FedEx, Delhivery, etc.

2) What should I do if my payment fails?
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing address and passwords. If your payment still fails, please feel free to call us.
3) Can someone else receive my delivery ?
Yes they can. The delivery person will call you before the delivery to ensure the timing and your presence. You can instruct him on the details of the recipient of the courier. However, the receiver's ID is mandatory.
CANCELLATIONS
What is the Cancellation Policy ?
You can only cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the item is packed and shipped, no cancellations will be entertained. In case of cancellations, the customer will be provided with a credit note only. No Refunds will be entertained in any circumstances.
